Hi,

I have a Nuvi 350. I would like to buy the Europe NT on DVD 010-10887-50 since it is not possible to install the SD card version on a computer. I would like to know if my Nuvi 350 will have enough space disk available for this map or if I will need to download it on a SD card to use it?

How big is this map?

What is the difference between part number 010-10887-00 and 010-10887-00?

What I need is full Croatia coverage

Regards!

Yves

Hello Yves,

you will need to load the maps onto a SD card once you have loaded them on the PC. You should not put mapping on the internal memory because you will lose the preloaded mapping. Also because the unit is preloaded you will only have enough memory for small areas. We recommend getting a 4Gb card for Europe.

Cheers

Hi,

I have a Nuvi 350. I would like to buy the Europe NT on SD 010-10680-50. I saw it will not work with nuvi 350. Why and what is the solution?

Hello Peter,

The Europe map (010-10680-50) on SD card will work fine with the nuvi 350 and other nuvi's.

Have fun!

Cheers

Hello Peter,

You should be able to see that map in the MapInfo list and you should be able to see the maps when you zoom into a European country. Have you updated the operating system of your Nuvi 350? You can do so with Garmins free program WebUpdater. That may resolve you problem.

Cheers

The City Navigator Europe 2011 NT on MicroSD/SD card is NO LONGER compatible with the older series of Garmin nuvi's. The newest version is supplied on a 4GB data card, as the latest update surpassed 2GB and needed to be loaded onto a larger card.

Affected models include: nuvi 350, 360, 650, 660, or 680. Also, this card is not compatible with the Streetpilot C series.

We recommend users with these units purchase the maps on DVD, and then load the areas needed onto a 2GB or smaller data card.

Will a garmin 350 have enough memory for a 011 update?

Hello gbolton,

I have not updated that unit but based on similar units no it will not have enough memory for all of North America. But you can drop areas you don't go to and ad them back in the future.
