Hello Hooog,

Unfortunately the Garmin nuvi 850 does not have Lane Assist. However the nuvi 855 does. To get updated lane assist areas you need a unit that supports the technology. There is no known way to add lane assist to older models that didn't come with it.

Cheers
Jordan

Will the "Garmin nuMaps Lifetime North America and Europe" work with my "GPSmap 62"? What is the largest memory size micro SD card that I can put in my unit? I will be going to Europe in September an I would like to get this all in order.

There are no maps on the 62S to update. If you own the DVD version of the maps on your PC for use with the 62S then yes you can use this to updates the maps on your computer. The max map sixe a Garmin can read is 4Gb. However you can use a larger card. We have test 8Gb. You shouldn't need more than 8Gb of data.
