I understand that the tracker uses Rogers cell towers in Canada - is this true?
If I were to buy one for use in Canada, would it work when we go to the U.S. during the winter months?

I haven't bought one yet as I'm a little concerned about the coverage outside of urban areas and the velcro attachment seems a little iffy for an outdoor dog. Also, as a woman consumer, I of course would like to see something a little less utilitarian looking.

The unit uses Rogers towers. You will not be able to take the unit into the USA. It will only work in the country it was purchased for.
