You say the GTU 10 "Canadian Edition" will be shipped July 1st 2011
Is this an accurate shipping date?
Who will be the service provider in Canada?
Will it function the same as in the US?
Is all of Ontario covered?

Hello Gelnn,

The units should ship after the Canadian long weekend as long as everything stays to schedule. New products often get delayed. The unit runs on the Rogers network so if you look at a Rogers coverage map that would be the equivalent GTU-10 coverage.

I bought two of these from GPS C
FIrst one works fine then the second took ages to update the location and fell asleep even though the box on the set up was not checked. it even fall asleep where the geofence was set up for the other gps on the same map . if you change the frequency of the unit to check the location then is will not update for 24 plus hours. then it says you can power off and force it in but sopmetimes it does not work, it make you wait anyway. The other thing is that it sleeps even when set to check max timeThen I returned it and they messed up my visa putting stuff back and trying to take it out again. somehow now the visa is screwed up and the gave me not unit. Not to metion that the standaard at you get with the unit for the year at not charge is worth every dime you pay for it just not connecting and too slow to update. I wasted too much time on this. I lost more than the price on the unit. I was so disappointed I hade to leave the store with nothing yet spent 2 days trying to make it work each unit.
Now I got one rether than two and I need another for tomorrow. This has been a hair raising exp.
What can this company do, I dont know but offering to deliver in a few days seemed sil

Our shipment has been a little slow for some odd reason but we expect them on Friday the 22nd as long as everything is still to schedule. Fingers crossed.

I am sorry you had to buy the elsewhere where you are not well supported. When we have ours we will be more than happy to help support you. I will be using one myself so I should be able to get you working.

When the product shows in stock you should maybe drop by our office.
