1.)I'm a professional driver and I LOVE & DEPEND on my 2010 NUVI-3790 with the GTM35. Recently the 12v auto plug end got broken... Is there some way I can get GARMIN to replace or repair it for me? I am lost without it
2.)Will the GTM25 work as well with my 2010 NUVI-3790?
3.)If I am forced to buy a used replace unit will I still have my lifetime service?

You will need to purchase a replacement cable if you broke the end. If it was broke due to a manufacturing defect then Garmin will replace the cable within the warranty period. 1-800-800-1020. The GTM-25 is not available and may not work with the nuvi 3790. The GTM-35 is the cable you need. Here is the link

It is for a traffic antenna (not needed in most cases).
