I have a Garmin nuvi 1350. Are both of GTM 25 and GTM 35 compatible with my Garmin? If so, what is the difference between them? Thank you so much for your help!

Hello Linda,

They are basically the same. The GTM-35 replaces the GTM-25 and both will work with the Nuvi1350 you own.

Since the GTM-35 replaces the GTM-25, Will the GTM-25 work with the Garmin Nuvi 3760T?

Hello Lou,

The GTM-25 works fine with the nuvi 3760T and others in its series. We use a GTM25 with our demo nuvi 3790T in our Canadian retail store.

Is there a major advantage of the 35 over the 25? On Amazon, there is a significant price difference between the two.

Hello Heshy,

The GTM35 replaces the GTM25. So you will find the GTM 25 cheaper around the net. I suggest the GTM-35 for best performance.

Hi, I'm French and I've bought a Nuvi 1370T with GTM25, but it seems that the Traffic info doesnt work. I supposed because this GPS is for America . What do you suggest me to buy, a GTM25 or GTM35? Thanks.

Hello Mike,

A European version of the GTM-25 is what you need. You will be able to get it locally from a dealer in France. You will need to verify the Part number with them but it should be 010-10722-01

The nuvi 265wt normally comes with the GTM 25, so yes it will power it.

I have a problem with my Nuvi 1350T. My cable traffic alerts for no works on traffic. I checked with another cable Traffic and everything is OK. How do I get another cable. Thanks for the reply.

If your cable is under warranty then you can call Garmin @ 1-800-800-1020. If it is out of warranty then you can purchase a new one from us.

I would also like to know the differences between the GTM 25 and GTM 35. Depending on the answer, I may or may not have someone pull my dash apart to swap cables. :)

There is no real difference. If you have a newer unit you will need the GTM-35 and if you have an older unit the GTM-25. Please check compatibility with your unit before ordering.

Hi will the GTM 25 purchased in America works in Singapore? Garmin Singapore is using both GTM 25 and GTM 35.

The GTM 25 product doesn't differ between North America and Europe, so yes the GTM 25 will work over in Singapore.

Hi, do you know which GTMXX works in Brazil? I have an old nuvi760 that works perfectly in Europe (with traffic) but it is not able to get traffic in Brazil. What would be your suggestion?
