the green led light does not go on i have tried it with 3 cars the fuse sems to be ok any ideas

Hello Anna,

Your cable could be broken. The fuse seems to be ok. Have you tested it using a multimeter or just visually? Once you try another fuse and it does not work I would contact Garmin if it is still under warranty. 1-800-800-1020
