i am buying this navagation cause i am a truck driver and it will be very helpful. will i be able to use it with my car for car routes?or is this only for trucks?

Hello Bob,

The Dezl is a trucking (big rig) GPS so it will have more information based on truck routes in the USA and Canada. For the most part the Dezl will work a lot like a Garmin nuvi.

I'm buying this as a replacement for my nuvi 755WT to use when hauling my 36 foot fifth wheel trailer. Is the mount for the 755 compatible with the Dezi?

Hello Phil,

No, the Dezl will have its own mount made specifically for it. It has a much larger screen so will need a different holder.

When it mentions it shows truck speed limits does it also have the capability to show car speed limits? Does it show altitude?

Yes, it will show both car and truck speed limits. This unit will show current elevation, but not altitude.

The only GPS for RV is the Garmin Dezl 560
