What are the dimensions of the Ram Pod1 mounting base?

Im looking at trying to install the Ram Pod1 in a 2012 Honda CRV. What are the dimensions that the bolt attaches to? (Length / width and size of bolt loop cutout). I want to make a paper template to see if it will fit my configuration. Hopefully similar to what Marvin did with the RAM POD1 Vehicle Floor Mount with Octagon Button End.

The mounting base measures 4 1/2 x 1 1/4 x 3/16 inches with a 1 x 1 cylindrical section on the one end to mount the rod.
The dimensions of the slotted cutout measures 2 1/2 x 1/2 inches with a 1/2 inch radius cutout on each end of the slot.

Thanks, I'll see if it'll work and once I'm sure I'll set it up, and post pics for my Ipad CRV setup. One thing though is your inside dimension 2 1/5 x 1/2? and does the base measure 4 1/2 with or without the 1x1 cylindrical section.

The inside dimension is corrected to be 2 1/2 inches.
The 4 1/2 inch measurement is the total length of the base.
The 1 x 1 cylinder sits on top of the base and makes the total height with the cylinder at 1 3/16 inches.
