Gopro themselves only show a black edition and a surf black edition. So where are you getting the motorsports edition from?

Also, what specifically are the differences. I assume its mounts, but I'd like to know the details of the mounts in each.

Thanks.

The Motor sports black addition does exist. The mounts will be the only difference between black editions

Guys, there is NO SUCH THING as Motorsports edition anymore. There are only White, Silver, Black- Surf and Black standard now.

The Motorsports was only available with HERO1 and HERO2 cameras.

The black motorsport addition does exist. It can be found on our site and many other sites. GoPro may not have it listed on their site right now but that does not mean it doesn't exist.

From the gopro canada wordpress:
The Hero3 Black Edition will be available in three different packages: the Adventure, Motorsports and Surf packages. The Adventure and Motorsports packages will be exactly the same, the only difference will be the images on the packaging. The Hero3 Surf package will have the same basic contents as the other two, however it will come with surfboard mounts instead of the more generic flat/curved mounts that come in the Adventure and Motorsports packages.
