Hello Dominic,

The iPhone will fit in the AQ2 Box but the touch screen will not work when in the box. For the iphone screen to work properly you must touch it with the skin of your finger. The waterproof membrane wont allow this.

I have the iPhone 4 in an Otterbox Defender, I can operate the touch screen when this combination is mounted in the map case of my motorcycle tank bag.
