My 60CSx is 3 years old. Is there anything you can put on the screen to help get rid of the scratchs. I had a case but after it got too scrathed up to see through I quit using it. Now the garmin screen is in bad shape.
I work in forestry and use it daily, it works great.

You may want to try using a product that's used for fixing scratches in vehicle headlights like Mother's Headlight Restoration Kit found at most automotive retailers.

I find Xerapol (from Germany) works very well indeed. If the screen cracks I have replacements in stock (not genuine Garmin but laser cut locally).
