I don't think so, unless you can buy a separate mount. The mount this comes with is just a suction cup (the cheaper kind) that sticks to your windshield. It works fine, but you couldn't put that on a motorcycle.
Fyi, my uncle recently bought a garmin zumo 550 and that came with a motorcycle/quad mount system and everything. It is more money though.

Hello Scott and Cory,

The Nuvi 265Wt is not compatible with motorcycle use. That does not mean people have not used it for that. You just have to take extra care. It has no Audio outputs, just a speaker on the back of the unit. We recommend a water proof unit such as the Garmin Zumo 220, Zumo 550, Zumo 660 and Zumo 665. You will be able to hear the units directions, phone calls, and media via a wired or a Bluetooth connection. They are also Waterproof and contain motorcycle specific features.

If the Garmin Zumo is a little too expensive for your use then the Garmin Nuvi 765T will have similar features but not waterproof. Or you may try the Garmin Nuvi 550 which is waterproof but does not have any audio outputs just a small speaker on the back of the GPS unit.

For the best results I recommend the Zumo series. We do sell mounts for the other units that can be used on a bike.

Cheers

I have recently used the 265wt with the suction cup attached to my windshield and it worked fine. I had a concern of the vibration and ordred a Ram motorcycle mounting system. It uses 2 rubber balls and U bolts to the handle bar. As for the communication issue, my cell pares nicely with the GPS but I do not have a VOX empowered phone. I stream through the GPS to my Scala Bluetooth and problem solved. Now I can communicate with passenger, make a recieve calls and get GPS audio instructions as well as listen to music if I want. To make a call I tap phonebook on the GPS and then tap the contact I want.....Done.
This is just 1 of many options, dependant on what you would like to do up the road. Hope this helps.

I've just bought a nuvi 265wt and want to use it on my motorcycle. Will the bluetooth in the unit give me directions through scala rider. From Mike in Grimsby it sounds like that is so. I'm a newby to gps and bluetooth so I just need to be reassured that this will all work. I understand the 265 is not waterproof but that doesn't worry me. I just wouldn't use it in the rain.

Hello Dave,

Bluetooth in the nuvi 265wt unit is for handsfree calling only according to Garmin. I can not find anything in the documentation that allows you to hear voice instructions via bluetooth. I do not have a scalar headset to test to verify if there is an exception to the rule. The user mike may have a nuvi 765 and not a 265.

Cheers
Jordan
