Noticed via the Garmin compatibility matrix that you cannot download route information via Google or MapQuest to the 2555. What in the best way then to auto plan a driving route that is 500 miles long and I don't want to have to figure out each and every turn. Also I don't want to have to key it in via the 2555. I like the way Google does it, enter starting point, destination point and the you get multiple routes to you destinations and you pick on. Thanks Peter

Thanks

Routing can easily be done on the Nuvi 2555 by using the Trip Planner in the Apps.
You can use the information given on Google Maps or MapQuest to manually add waypoints into the Nuvi 2555. Waypoints can be added using Google Maps but can only be done 1 at a time with the Nuvi connect to the computer.
To create the route on the Nuvi 2555:
Press Appss > Trip Planner > + (upper left corner) > Select Start Location.
Chose the start location from the list of Saved places and select and add any other waypoints for the route by pressing the + symbol until the route is complete.
Press next and enter the name for the route to be saved.
The route can now be navigated or used later.

Practice makes perfect. If possible try using less points. Also it is best to pass your feedback onto Garmin so they can make this feature better. www.garmin.com/ideas
