Had Harley install Zumo 665 in-dash of my '03 Ultra Classic. Blue tooth IPhone works great....almost: Hear in my helmet headset incoming phone ring, person talking on phone, XM radio, GPS voice prompts,etc. Cannot talk back to person on phone through my Harley helmet headset. I was told the harness from Harley works fine for this on "newer" Harleys, but not '03. I heard last month that had changed and such a harness is available. Is that true? And, if so, where can I find it?

That is something you will want to discuss with Harley. We would not know of any Harley new cradle release. To me it sounds like a defective headset. In the car does bluetooth phone calls work properly?
