Yes, this bundle comes with the LSS-2 which has its own 455 kHz transducer and it comes with a separate transom mounted 83 / 200 kHz transducer.

If you were to buy the components separately, yes you could choose a different transducer. This package comes with the 83/200 type of transducer.
