I work as a rep and cover all BC. The last 2 GPS I`ve had I`ve been disappointed because often the maps have poor coverage for finding addresses in small towns. Does Garmin offer the BEST detailed mapping of BC and will this unit do it? Thanks!

The map coverage with the Garmin GPS's is good and should cover most if not all the small towns in BC.
Which towns would you be looking at and we could try to verify the coverage detail?

It couldn`t find 13215 Victoria rd in Summerland, BC. Similar problems in Penticton. I was using a magellan 5045LM 2012 .
Can you recommed the MOST DETAILED gps for BC? Thanks.
My job depends on it.

Here`s another good test........can you check if it can find 1470 Nanton street, coquitlam? This address has been here a year and NONE of my gps can find it. Thanks.

No problem finding the Summerland or Coquitlam addresses.
The Navteq map database used in the Garmin GPSs is very good and gets updated regularly.
I would recommend getting one of the newer models with the latest guidance systems like the Nuvi 2495LMT, Nuvi 2595LMT, Nuvi 3490LMT, or the Nuvi 3590LMT.
The "LMT" suffix on the model numbers denote that the GPS comes with Lifetime map updates (4 times a year) for the life of the unit.
