Tengo un aparato nuevo. Funcionó en el primer momento. Al quedarse sin carga, lo conecte al encendedor del auto con los cables que venían en la caja. Se enciende y luego se apaga como sino cargara....Probé varias veces con el aparato conectado a la carga y sin conectar y no funciona. Hay algo que hago mal?

It may be possible that the fuse inside the vehicle power cable may have blown. The fuse should be removed be and checked.
The Nuvi will charge if connected to a computer with a powered USB port.
