I have been using this mount with my Golf Buddy Tour for a couple of years and have been very satisfyied. Recently the outer coating on the ball that is part of the clamping piece (not the unit holder ball) disintegrated rendering the unit useless. Can the clamp piece be replaced under warranty or purchased separately? RAM mounts are too good for this to happen.

RAM-Mounts have a lifetime warranty. You will need to contact RAM or the reseller for replacement. If purchased from GPS City feel free to give us a phone call.
