Downloading vehicles and voices doesn't work

I want to download new vehicle and voices to my new nuvi 2595LMT following the procedure described in the Garmin website. Unfortunately, none of them works. I did the same thing to my old nuvi 255W and everything works fine smoothly. My laptop has a Windows Vista. I don't know why downloading vehicles and voices doesn't work on this 2595LMT.

Please need your advise if you can. Thanks.

I just gave it a try using the Garmin website and it worked. You may need to update your GPS unit using the free program, Garmin WebUpdater. Make sure Garmin Communicator plugin is installed on your computer also.

Once your unit is updated installing a voice should be as simple as going to the page on Garmins site and using the Install button to send the voices or other data over.
