I need to know if it is bundle with the heart rate monitor because it's writen into the specs that it bundle with the heart rate monitor. So my question is do I need to buy it ? or no?

This version of the watch does not include the heart rate monitor but it is compatible with one. Here is a link to one with the Heart Rate monitor.
