HI, I need help fixing my gps. The electrical connector on the mount is broken off and I'm wondering if I can just get a new cradle or do I need to get a entirely new suction mount with the 12/24 volt adaptor? Any help would be great! Thanks.

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately Garmin doesn't make the cradle as a separate piece, we do have the suction cup and power cable bundles available, http://www.gpscity.com/garmin-streetpilot-c3xx-suction-mount-with-12v-dc-power.html.
Alternately you could look at the RAM assemblies, these don't provide power though. Your Street Pilot c330 does have an internal battery, so for shorter trips this might work. The specific cradle is called a RAM-HOL-GA19 http://www.gpscity.com/ram-mount-garmin-streetpilot-c300-cradle-ram-hol-ga19u.html, and can be used with many RAM mounting options.
Thanks!

i believe i have the same problem as Dan... my cradle is fine, but the connector is broken (where 12V cord plugs into the cradle and the 'pins' make the connection with the unit). Unfortunately, this connection is not available. The second link posted by Roxie will not work as this connector has to be removed from the OEM cradle and re-used. The first link will fix the problem with an entirely new cradle, cord, and connector... for $52+ !!!! (crying shame as i only paid $100 for the original unit!!!) :-/ guess i'm now in the market for an entirely new unit! :-(
