I need to know if i can get audio to a headphone during video recording from the combo cable audio out (red and black RCA terminals) and live view from the HDMI terminal to my LCD during the same action.

The composite cable can be used while it is recording to get both audio and video out. Many people use that feature of it for FPV on RC aircraft.

I am unsure if the same will work with the HDMI cable at this time. I do not have a TV handy in the office with HDMI to test. I will have to look into it and get back to you later.

You will be able to output through the HDMI while recording but not in ProTune mode.
