can you have the elevation showing on the main page of the 1490 T, or do you have to bring it up on a seperate menu.....I'm looking for a model that you can have the elevation showing without going into a different menu all the time. Are there any Nuvi models with this feature. Thank you.

Hello Marion,

You are able to view the elevation on the main map page but it will have to substituted for one of your other data fields.
