Hi I have a Yamaha v star 950 with a windshield would you recommend a suction or a rail mount. Tomtom gps 720 I'm leaning towards a suction mount , so i could use the gps in the car also. Thank You Fred

You should use a rail/handlebar mount. Suction cups do sometimes fail and you would not want that happening on the Yamaha when riding. You can buy the part individually so you dont need to buy two whole mounts. Just a base for the bike.
