What is the distance between the top and bottom of the suction cup base (prior to the gooseneck starting) and will the gooseneck turn toa 90 degree angle at the point of the base.

From the bottom of the suction cup to where the actual flex arm begins is 2.75" and from that point the arm will be able to bend to a 90 degree angle.

When I put the GPS unit can it be bend till it touches the dashboard? My unit is Garmin 1370. TIA.

Hello Ian,

That depends on the vehicle you are using it in. It most likely will be able to touch the dashboard if you mount it low on your windshield.
