Hello Kelly,
There is no calibration for the footpod. Are you talking about how to sync it with your unit? Which Garmin fitness device do you have? Each unit will be a little different but you will find a menu in your settings to add a new fitness device such as a footpod, cadence sensor or heart rate monitor.

Calibration isn't required but do exist. Check following video from Garmin that explains both calibration options works (by distance or by GPS)
