The RAM-HOL-AP8 RAM Mount high strength plastic cradle is design to hold the Apple iPad Tablet units including;
- Apple iPad (Wi-Fi)
- Apple iPad (Wi-Fi and 3G)
- Apple iPad 2 (Wi-Fi)
- Apple iPad 2 (Wi-Fi and 3G)
The cradle has a cut away at the bottom to allow the connection of all required cables. The cradle also enables full access to the volume and mute button on the side along with the power button and headphones jack at the top of the iPad.
When mounting the iPad cradle to a RAM Mount with their patented ball and socket system, you can easily display your iPad in landscape or portrait view. Now you can enjoy your Apple iPad the way it was designed - very easily.
Apple iPod, iPad and iPhone Identity and Mount Page:
 If you are unsure of what model Apple iPad, iPod classic, iPod nano, iPod mini, iPod touch or iPhone you have, now you can review your Apple device features on our Apple iPod, iPad and iPhone Identify Page. Placing your Apple iPad into the Cradle: Place the bottom of the iPad into the cradle, and then push the top into the expandable arm at the top of the cradle. The arm will snap into place when the iPad is completely in the cradle.
Included with the iPad Cradle:
The cradle includes a set of two nuts and bolts to connect the cradle to any of the RAM compatible mounts.

Important Mounting Information:
This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase the Aluminum Round Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-202). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5" ball system, you will require the Aluminum 2.5" diameter Diamond Plate (RAM-202).
