Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-109HS-4AP8L Apple iPad (Wi-Fi and 3G) RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Swing Arm Locking Mount with a Horizontal Screw Down Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount consists of a 6'' long STRAIGHT swing arm with a 1.5 inch ball and socket, providing an adjustment point at the back of the cradle. With a twist of either knob, you can move the Apple iPad (Wi-Fi and 3G) mount to your optimum viewing position.
NOTE: The RAM-HOL-AP8LU Locking Cradle does not allow access to the iPad's camera lens while in use.
The bolt pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation and the ball and socket system allows a 180 degree vertical pivot with a 360 degree rotation.

The ball and socket system connecting the mounting plate and the swing arm allows optimum adjustment. Simply loosen the side knob, adjust the mounting plate and then tighten the knob.
