Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-HOL-AP6 RAM Mount high strength plastic cradle is design to hold the Apple iPhone 3G. The cradle has a cut away at the bottom to allow the connection of all required cables. The cradle also enables full access to the volume and mute button on the side along with the power button and headphones jack at the top of the iPhone.
When mounting the iPhone cradle to a RAM Mount with their patented ball and socket system, you can easily display your iPhone 3G is landscape or portrait view. Now you can enjoy your Apple iPhone 3G the way it was designed - very easily.
Placing your Apple iPhone 3G into the Cradle:Place the bottom of the iPhone into the cradle, and then push the top into the expandable arm at the top of the cradle. The arm will snap into place when the iPhone is completely in the cradle.
Included with the iPhone 3G Cradle:
The cradle includes a set of two nuts and bolts to connect the cradle to any of the RAM compatible mounts.

Important Mounting Information:
If you already own this cradle, or any other cradle with a hole pattern that will match the RAM Diamond Plate hole spacing, then you require one of the RAM Assemblies listed below. If you are looking to purchase a complete mount for the above cradle, take a look at the Complete Mount list below.
This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase either the Aluminum Diamond Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-238) or Plastic Diamond Plate with 1" ball (RAP-B-238). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5" ball system, you will require the Aluminum Diamond Plate (RAM-238).
