I LOVE THEM !
Pros: strong, sturdy
Cons: none at this point.
It's the fourth iPhone 4 mount I buy. 3 are bike mounts and another one is a car mount. They work flawlessly, are very strong and do really well what they are intended to do.

IPHONE 4S RAM BYCICLE MOUNT
Pros: easy install. on/off in/out of phone simple
Cons: none yet
The mount came earlier than expected with no damage. Instructions and installation went without a hitch. This was purchased for a different application than the mount was intended but will be changed to a bike mount for the warmer months. It was purchased for a curling broom mount for a stop watch app for the iPhone. I used the angled mount to place the phone with a slight tilt because the app uses the thumb to start and stop. The mount also comes with a flat option. This mount is easy to take on and off with a twist and when in place holds very tight. There is no movement in the iPhone while using the broom when sweeping hard. I have been using the mount for several weeks without any change. For the price this mount delivers for holding the iPhone in an easy on/off application. In hard use on a mountain bike I will reserve until tested but in every day bike use it should perform well.

IPHONE FITS PERFECT
Pros: fits phone perfect, easy to install

I got one for my bike and liked it so well that I got a second for our tandem. Fits nice on the bars or stem, the zip ties allow more mounting locations.

EXCELLENT
I feel assured that my phone isn't going anywhere in this case! I only wish the whole device could be removed a little easier from bike to bike by not having those zip lock pull devices straping it down. But it is secure!

EXCELLENT IPHONE 4 MOUNT
Pros: reliable, flexible
Cons: must remove bumper from iphone in order to fit.
Excellent quality, which does exactly what it is supposed to do. There is no angle adjustment after the ties are tightened, so triple-check the angle of placement before finalization. Glare can make it hard to read but that is not the fault of the mount. I wish there was some adjustment possible for iPhones WITH bumpers.

GOOD IPHONE MOUNT
Easy to install and holds the iPhone 4 tightly (but I had to remove my case to get it in).
My only concern about using it is that unless I'm on a road or path with no cracks, which is never, my phone ends up being shaken or vibrated a lot. I don't think any simple mount could solve that, though, so it's not actually a criticism of this particular mount.
Recommend? YES

GREATEST BICYCLE MOUNT
Pros: great price, great quality, durable.
I tried it on road cycling and mountain cycling as well, and it is the best and most reliable mount I have ever used.

IPHONE 4 BIKE MOUNT

This product is phenomenal. I bought two of them just in case the quality was weak being in Spain I wanted to make sure that if the first one broke I would have another one as spare. I doubt that will happen as it is very well built. Installing it was a breeze and it supports my iPhone with no concern on my part that i would lose the precious one...-)
I highly recommend this product and have even suggested to my local bike repair shop to buy several of them to sell it to their mountainbike clients.

GOOD IPHONE 4 BIKE MOUNT
Pros: solid construction.
Cons: iphone not held super tightly.
This mount is solid I rode over a bunch of bumps at full speed and the mount didn't shift at all. Holds my iPhone 4 (without case) tightly, but there is a bit of a gap between the edge of the phone and the holder. Not enough for it to slip out, but enough so that you hear it when you hit a bump.
The use of zip ties means if you mess up the mount the first time, you'll have to buy more zip ties. The use of zip ties, does, however, make for a less bulky mount. The plastic is also targeted for a smaller diameter handlebar than my bike has, but with the rubber it doesn't seem to matter.
The above things are the only negatives I can think of though. The holder detaches from the mount, which is nice if you don't want to ride with it on. The part of the mount that is strapped to the bike has a very low profile.
