NON-TECH MOUNT FOR HIGH TECH PHONE
Pros: duralbility
Cons: not very elegant
No nonsense mount that provides what you need: stability and accessability

SOLID PIECE
Pros: strong gooseneck, strong suction cup.
Cons: none.
I was worried that the long gooseneck might be too flimsy and that my phone would be too wiggly to use. Not so, very stiff and solid. Good unit. Strong suction cup as well.
Recommend? YES

JUST TOO BULKY
Pros: seems well constructed
Cons: length perhaps for most cars
I tried this in my car and am disappointed. The neck is just too long and inflexible. It basically puts the phone in your face. Might just be my car but it's a Volvo with a long dash. This is something that if I could have seen it in person first I would have not bought it but going by photos it looked to be the right size.

RAM GOOSENECK MOUNT
Pros: terrific suction and mount is very rigid
Cons: inflexible arm
Works great... has terrific adhesion to a window surface... very secure. The arm is very stiff and needs two hands to adjust...one to hold the mount frame and the other to move the gooseneck. Without the added support, it seems that the plastic iPhone mount might crack. Once you have it adjusted, it stays put. The rigidity of the mount is paid for by the inflexibility of the arm.

STURDY MOUNT
Pros: sturdy, good access to controls and ports
Cons: not able to easily change orientation
A certain improvement from our previous (non-RAM) mount. This mount is sturdy and provides easy access to all buttons and ports.
Recommend? YES
