The RAM-B-183-AP1 Apple iPod clasic Series Motorcycle RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Motorcycle Side Reservoir Base and RAM Custom Plastic Cradle. The mount is designed with a RAM 1 inch diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Apple iPod classic Series mount to your optimum viewing position.
Apple iPod Mount Options:
To help ensure you have the Apple iPod Mount you require, take a look at the list of available RAM Apple iPod mounts on the Apple iPod Mount Page. Once you select your iPod model, you can select from iPod suction cup mounts, flat surface screw down iPod mounts, iPod car mounts, non skid weighted iPod mounts and more bundled with the RAM-HOL-AP1 Apple iPod Cradle.
Apple iPod Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-AP1 Apple iPod (classic) RAM Mount Cradle is a High Strength Plastic Composite Cradle designed specifically to hold all of the Apple iPod units, except the iPod 2nd Generation 20GB hard drive (touch wheel). The cradle is open at the top to allow you to connect head phones and use all of the required buttons and has a cut away at the bottom to allow the connection of all required cables.
Apple iPod Mount Cradle Plate:
 The RAM-B-238 Marine Grade Aluminum Diamond Plate is designed to connected to the back of the mount cradle. The diamond plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Apple iPod Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Apple iPod Mount Base Design: The RAM-B-346 RAM Mount Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Motorcycle Reservoir Mount Side Base fits cleanly over your existing reservoir cover. The one piece design includes a 1 inch diameter rubber ball for creating the ultimate mounting solution for your motorcycle.
