IPOD MOUNT - VERY NICE PIECE OF KIT
Pros: easily fixed to windshield and removed for vehicle
Cons: none
Wife loves it, will save me money in the long run on new cables or IPOD due to the IPOD not bouncing off the seat/transmission tunnel to floor or the cable being cut by the gear shift.
Recommend? YES

IPOD CLASSIC MOUNT
Pros: easy to use, comes off easy.
Cons: to short, i will order a longer shaft for this set
I bought this mount for a recent road trip. It worked out very well in the states I could use it in. I liked having the iPOD up in the windshield, although it took a few tries to find the perfect spot.
In the future I will order a longer shaft with a hard mount to mount on the console.
Recommend? YES

BEST IPOD MOUNT EVER!
Pros: easy to install, easy to install/remove ipod.
Cons: none.
I spend 90% of my time on the road and always have my iPod Classic with me. Having suffered years of abuse bouncing around the truck I am on my 4th iPod. I have now discovered RAM mounts. The RAM iPod mount is quite simply the best product on the market for securing an iPod in a vehicle. I chose the twist lock glass mount base and have had no problems whatsoever. I have travelled on some serious washboard gravel roads and while it vibrates, it has not budged from it's position on the windshield.
Recommend? YES
