The RAM Mount RAM-HOL-AQ1 High Strength Plastic Aqua Box 1 Large Cradle is designed to hold a large number of different kinds of electronic devices. The Aqua Box 1 cradle is a large waterproof box with a clear Flex-Lens allowing you to press and operate the buttons of your device, when in the Aqua Box.
Using the Cradle:
The face of the Aqua Box 1 is a door, allowing you to place your electronic device in the cradle. If required, you can lock the box, with a small padlock, once closed. Inside the RAM Aqua Box are padded sheets enabling you to place your electronic device in the box firmly and securely. You can punch out the back of the Aqua Box to allow cables you be connected to you device, while maintaining a waterproof environment.
Aqua Box 1 Internal Dimensions: 3.5 W x 8.25 H x 2.25 D inches
Manufacturers Description:
The RAM Mount Aqua Boxes provide sealed enclosure and protection for your handheld devices. The clear, touch through screen allows you to view your electronics as well as use their function keys while in place. There is even a place for a small lock to serve as a theft deterrent. The AMPS hole pattern on the back of the box allows this enclosure to be attached to a multitude of RAM mounting bases and kits. Ideally suited to Motorcycles and ATV's, keep your portable devices safe, dry, and accessible. Choose from four various sizes, suitable for small, medium, wide and large units.
Important Mounting Information:
This cradle does not ship with a RAM ball. To add a 1 inch ball to this cradle you need to purchase the Aluminum Round Plate with 1 inch ball (RAM-B-202). If you need to mount this cradle on a 1.5" ball system, you will require the Aluminum 2.5" diameter Diamond Plate (RAM-202).
