Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-B-138-ASU1 Asus R2H Tablet RAM Mount is a Marine Grade Aluminum Mount with a Flat Surface Base and RAM Plastic Cradle for the Asus R2H Tablet. The mount is designed with a 1 inch diameter RAM ball and socket system that has adjustment point at the cradle and base. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the Asus R2H Tablet mount to your optimum viewing position.
Asus R2H Tablet Mount Cradle Design:
The RAM-HOL-ASU1 High Strength Plastic Cradle is designed to hold the Asus R2H Mobile Tablet PC. The back of the cradle is connected to the four hole AMPS pattern on the RAM round plate with ball. The ball gives the cradle the ability to connect to the RAM arm on this mount and also creates a ball and socket joint allowing you to move the cradle into many different viewing locations. All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.
Asus R2H Tablet Mount Cradle Plate Design:
 The RAM-B-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Round Plate is designed to connected to the back of cradles with an AMPS hole pattern. The round plate has a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to the plate, which connects directly to the 1 inch arm socket. The cradle includes the required hardware to connect the plate to the cradle. Asus R2H Tablet Mount Arm Design:
 The RAM-B-201 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Dual Socket Arm is a 1 inch B size Ball Socket Arm with open socket ends. The arm is 3.0 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends. Asus R2H Tablet Mount Base Design:
The RAM-B-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Plate has a 1.0 inch diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter Plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. For a layout of the hole spacing and 1.0 inch rubber ball location, take a closer look with the RAM-B-202 Design Drawings (pdf file).
Mount Base Mounting Solutions:Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-B-202. A semi-permanent solution for mounting this base is by using the RAM double sided adhesive disk (RAM-202PSA). The disk will hold the RAM-B-202 base in many different locations without screws.
