Pros: disk is ok
Cons: two sided tape is junk
The double sided tape on this product is garbage. The glue stays on disk and area then disk falls off

Cons: the adhesive is very poor
This is not the same adhesive that was used on the disks I had before. The adhesive is garbage.

SURFACE PREP IS IMPORTANT
Pros: adhesive removes clean after > a year on the dash
I've used these for a couple years - it's very important to prep the surface you're going to stick it to, especially if you've ever "Armor-All'd" your dash. Prepped with an alcohol pad, I've had no problems with it staying stuck to the dash. Occasionally remove and re-secure your suction cup or it will come unstuck every couple of months, I recommend wetting the suction cup before sticking it to the disk.

WASTE OF MONEY - RAP-350-3B BLACK 3'' MOUNT
I attached the mount to the flat, horizontal surface of my dashboard and mounted my GPS on it. The dashboard is very lightly textured, almost smooth, vinyl. The disk came unstuck after a few minutes - when I turned the first corner. The adhesive doesn't appear to be strong enough to counter the weight of the GPS device. Very disappointing and not recommended.
