QUICK SIMPLE CAMERA MOUNT
Pros: simple and light
Cons: leveling and aiming camera once mounted
I bought this to mount my Drift Stealth HD170 camera in my van. Works great. It's tiny as well. I have this mounted to the right of the rear view mirror, which almost completely hides the mount itself... the camera looks like it's actually attached to the mirror. It is made of plastic, but that doesn't mean it is fragile. I'd prefer it to be made from the same material as the larger RAM Mounts are made of, but such a design would probably make it overly heavy.
My only complaint is aligning the camera once it's attached to the mount. My particular camera has a tiny LCD display which makes it at least possible to align the camera (although actually viewing the display is very difficult). If you don't plan to move it or use the camera elsewhere then setting it once and leaving it isn't that hard. Constantly repositioning it is not recommended, unless you have a lot of patience. :)

CAMERA MOUNT
Unit does not stay attached to auto dash when car is moving. but it's a great idea for something that is light like a gps unit.
Recommend? YES

GOOD BUT CAN BE GREAT!
Pros: solid suction cup mount versatile
Cons: joint can break if over tighten
Good product but I think it should come with the Marine Grade joint instead of the plastic one, it broke on me, but it's ok b/c I ordered the marine grade joint instead and it works great!
