RAM LAPTOP MOUNT IS FANTASTIC
Pros: easy install
Cons: absolutely non
Unbelievable. I ordered laptop truck mount on a late friday afternoon. It was delivered to my house by monday early afternoon. GPScity.ca were fantastic in customer service and quick delivery. Product was easy to install and you could tell right away the quality of the product.

Service was fast and complete. All components needed were included. you may find that some vehicle seat mount bolts require a special socket to install the floor mount and even that socket won't fit down into the seat slide. I found a narrow wall, deep well, metric socket will work just fine and beats having to spend $15 for that special socket... The double swing arm allows you to position your laptop virtually anywhere you need... When not in use, the upper arm assembly can be easily removed... Thanks for a great versatile product... Bill

Cons: female post should be designed to remove also
love it but do wish the female post was removable when not in use also, I am modifying with wing nuts for easy removal, something to cinsider thats all other then that it works awesome, great product

Cons: flimsy, poor build quality, poor instructions
Count on the nuts stripping out, the system for securing the screws to nuts is quite poor, stipped out4. you have to dop the nut into a hole where u cant fit a tool on then install the screw from the underside while not letting the nut fall out

MOUNTED IN TAHOE
Some of the directions were not easy to understand, but just playing with it and looking at other pre- assembled parts, it turned out to be an easy install. Although the hardware bag had one wrong sized nut of the laptop brackets. Wouldn't you know it, it was the one size not available in the garage for some odd reason. As a result, I'm running with only three brackets instead of four until I can get to a hardware store. Caution: I needed to borrow a special socket to loosen the Chev. seat bracket nut.
