Edward Tampa Bay Jul 13, 2011	RECOMMENDED, BUT... Pros: secure Cons: installation This device is a bear to install. The nuts are extremely difficult to secure, even after the seat has been upended. Once installed, however, it's a very secure platform. Recommend? YES 12 viewers found this helpful.
