CRAP, THY NAME IS RAM MOUNT
Cons: will not stick and plactic is too hard to bend
I had assumed from the design that this would be a great platform for use on a curved surface. It is NOT. Whatever adhesive that is used is it not anything that will stick to a dashboard. The plastic is so stiff that it really does not bend to fit the shape of the dashboard. This unit has the right idea with all the wrong materials used to make it.

DOESN'T STICK
I selected this item to mount my Garmin to the dask of a 2009 F-250. I thought with the rose design I could mount it on a surface that wasn't quite flat. The petals on the unit are so stiff and the glue would not adhere to the dash.

DID NOT STICK EITHER...
I bought it to put on a curved dashboard, but it did not stick. I also got a friction mount instead (from GPScity), it works great.

DIDN'T STICK
The disk itself is sturdy. Unfortunately, the sticky part just would not stick to the dashboard in either of the cars I tried it in (Passat and CRV). I even tried putting some books on top of of it and leaving it on the dash for 24 hours, which did nothing.
I ended up buying a friction mount from another vendor, which worked great.
