A STRONG HOLD!

I have purchased this item many times now, one for myself and two other times for family and friends as gifts. I love this mount as I use it on my ATV to hold my gps and I also have another ball mount on my mountain bike and a suction cup mount in my car and I can quickly move the the cradle with the gps holder attached from my ATV to the bike to the car quickly and easily. This cradle provides a super strong grip on your devices no matter the circumstances, I mean I ride my ATV very aggressive and I trust this cradle fully as it has never let go or even moved slightly from its set position during any of my rough rides

RAM QUALITY THROUGH AND THROUGH
Pros: vibration resistent, configurable
Cons: little bulky for motorcycle handlebars
I've used RAM products on my boat for years. When I wanted a solution for an all in one GPS, Phone, Music for my bike I went to Expressmounts for their experience and price.

MOTORCYCLE MOUNT
I installed this on my KLR 650 and then rode over some very technical terrain. I expected it to shift positions at some point. This product never moved, I would highly recommend this to anybody that needs to mount a GPS or what ever to there motorcycle.

AWESOME
Pros: sturdy, looks great, convenient to use
Cons: a bit pricey for plastic
This is the second one i've bought from here. Fits my FZ6 and Vulcan 1600 classic bars just right. I like that it now ships with that plastic half circle piece that keeps the U bolt off the bars. Used it on my trip from new york to north carolina and there were zero issues.

I did not have free handlebar space but this mounted right on my BMW tree perfectly, mounting low and just left of center. The bar and control mounts hit my windshield when turning. Stay away from control mounts, this works great!

ROCK SOLID MOUNT
I purchased this mount so I could use either a Garmin i5 Street Pilot or a digital camera on my Vespa LX150. I used it as a mount on the mirror stem. Perfect fit, rock solid both for the GPS and the camera.

GREAT MOUNT!!
One thing about guys is we love us some gadgets. I mean tools. The challenge for us motorcyclists is mounting all our stuff. Well that's were RAM and GPS CITY come in THEY ARE GREAT! Quick service, great products, fair price. I can't look at there catalog without buying somthing. ITS AN ADDICTION! Keep up the good work. I'll see you on the road. I'm the one riding the big black HARLEY with all the cool electronic gadgets.

HEAVY DUTY

I bought this RAM Mount Assembly (attached with the cradle Mount) and installed it on my 07 Honda VFR Interceptor...bolted right on to the two front gas tank mounting bolts. The mount and cradle are both Quality items and should last for years.

GREAT PRODUCT

I just got back from a 3500mi road trip on my '05 Harley Fatboy and this mount served as my handlebar camera.It mounts easily on my slammer handlebars and didn't scratch my chrome. It stays tight even on crappy california potholed, tar snaked, grooved freeways. I had to use the plastic insert with larger ubolt to fit my bars but all in all it worked. My only issue is that at high RPM the vibration got the best of my camera when shooting video. But that's probably my bike. When at low RPMs or idle it worked fine. The real reason I bought this however, was as a makeshift tripod for my Canon 5D and it worked fine for that purpose (although I couldn't get my bike in any of the shots). I could simply pull over, mount my 5D (I DID NOT drive with it mounted, of course) and get my shots. Even worked great for HDR multiple exposures.

Works great! Easy to install and adjust. Solid construction. Stays tight even after hitting huge New Jersey potholes on my Vespa. Wish I had purchased one years ago.

CRADLE MOUNT

I bought the Ram Mount Cradle Plate Zinc U-bolt mount 1.0 inch Ball and it fits perfect on my '07 Softail Deluxe. It doesn't come with directions, but it is easy to assemble. There were a few extra parts, so don't be alarmed. It fits snug and doesn't appear to scratch the chrome. Great product.

Cons: too early to tell.
This product is better than can be determined on the web page. It provides angle adjustment flexibility and the cradle plate can be easily separated from the Rail Mount Ball for safe storage when the GPS is still connected to it. Extremely easy to use. I made a great decision when I bought the RAM mount. It looks great on my Motorcycle to boot and is a better product than I thought it would be.

EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL
Pros: easy set up, can position gps any way you want.
Cons: signature required for fed ex delivery.
Extremely functional and easy to set up. GPS is exactly where I want it, and it's rock solid, even on my SuperGlide Custom. It comes with a nifty little adaptor that actually keeps the metal clamp from touching the handlebar and should keep it from rusting or scratching the bar, while also holding it very tightly. I've taken a few long test runs and it seems work exactly as I had hoped. Only negative was that GPS City requires that FedEX obtain a signature for them to leave the package. So if you can't be home, best make arrangements to pick it up or have it delivered to your work address if possible.

GOOD BIKE MOUNT
Pros: holds tight even on constant bumps.
Cons: wish the knob was a little bigger.
Bought this for holding a Magellan Platinum on my bike. We aren't hard core off roaders, just dirt roads, bike trails and state owned property. Haven't had a problem yet. Where ever I lock it, it stays.

Pros: great idea
Cons: didn't work on my motorcycle.
Unfortunately the cradle mount and the waterproof holder I received were too big to use on my motorcycle, (2002 HD Ultra). No matter where I tried to mount them they blocked my view of at least one guage. The customer service area is top notch though since GPS city refunded my purchases the same day they got it back.

GREAT CRADLE MOUNT
Pros: secure, easily positionable
This cradle mounts securely to the handle bar, very flexible in how you can position where the mount goes (2 ball joints).
This holds my GPS rock solid, I'm not an off- roader so I don't know how it would do in that situation, but I've put 1500 miles on mine and it hasn't budged an inch, nor has there been any concern about the GPS coming loose.
