BREAKABLE UNDER NORMAL USE...
Pros: cheep
Cons: fragile
this is item is a must in my twonav sportiva cradle. keeps barking under normal usage. already Brock two in about a year and a half. good thing thy are cheep...

Hi|In my opinion, this is the weak link in the RAM bicycle mount system when you want to remove it from your bike the pins brake on the tie ram under.Had to order 2 to have one spare.

THE WEAK LINK
Cons: a delicate part
In my opinion, this is the weak link in the RAM bicycle mount system, the little fingers can break off fairly easily if you're not careful. I broke one off while loading my bike in my car (I usually take the mount off before hand but this time I got lazy). This would probably also be the first thing to break in a crash. Fortunately, GPS City has the replacement part for a reasonable cost and their service is usually outstanding. I just ordered three so I'll have a couple of spares.

GREAT IDEA, FLAWED EXECUTION
Bottom pin of 4 went last week. Not vibration but my misandling when removing from bike. Still day-to-day use though and hoped for a longer life.

LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING
Pros: design
Cons: quality of product
Had it for a few months , 1 st pin broke after a month , just lost the second , too unstable now , need another however I can see the problem reoccuring , replacement diamond expensive cuase I know it cant last .Vibration from mountain bike cause .

DOES NOT SUPPORT VIBRATIONS
I bought it 2 weeks ago and after 5 bike rides the connector is already broken. It does not support handlebars vibrations. I like the look and it is easy to use it. I am maybe fallen on the wrong number.
