The RAM-VB-129-SW1 No Drill Seat Rail Base with Double 6'' Swing Arms and RAM Tough Laptop Tray has been specifically design to connect to the:
- Dodge Magnum (2005)
- Dodge Charger (2005)
- Dodge Sprinter Van (2007-Newer)
For Dodge Magnum (2006-Newer) and Dodge Charger (2006-Newer) you will require the Laptop Mount System with Tray (RAM-VB-145-SW1).
For the Dodge Magnum Police Vehicle and Dodge Charger Police Vehicle you will require the Laptop Mount System with Tray (RAM-VB-145P-SW1)
The base attaches directly to the existing bolts connecting the drivers and passengers seat to the vehicle floor. Using the left passenger and right driver seat bolt for connection, the base crosses the transmission hump.
The plate is positioned to maximize the passengers and drivers leg space while also creating a foundation for the RAM double swing arm with telescoping pole mount and laptop tray (included).
VERY IMPORTANT INSTALLATION SAFETY NOTE:Improper installation of this base will cause a fault in the sensors built into the passenger side seat. It is crucial that the buyer or installer take special care when raising the front passenger seat or loosening the mounting bolts. Lifting the seat more than necessary to access nuts on underside of seat track will cause a fault. If buyer or installer is uncomfortable with the process of putting this kit in their vehicle, RAM strongly recommends not attempting to do so. We offer a variety of mounting solutions that can be either bolted down or utilize other mounting locations. This mount was designed for police and fleet vehicles that typically have only the driver occupying the vehicle. Contact DaimlerChrysler or a factory authorized technician for information on your vehicle and passenger side airbag deactivation should you decide to proceed. RAM Tele-Pole Vehicle Mount System:
The RAM Vehicle Mount Tele-Pole System is a unique patent pending design that allows varying height adjustments.
 At the top of the tele-pole is a knob. With a small twist of the knob, the swing arm is free to rotate in a 360 degree circle in the horizontal plane, while the tele-pole is locked in the vertical position. With another small twist of the knob, the tele-pole is now free to move up and down for optimum mount positioning of your laptop in your vehicle.
This easy to operate vehicle mounting system is included in the entire RAM-VB Laptop Vehicle Mounts. As with all RAM Mount products, it is strong, easy to use and reliable and includes A LIFETIME MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
