Pros: will hold anything
Cons: a little heavy
If you are looking for a strong sturdy mount,this is it! Just crank and Turn the knob until it can't be tightend anymore. I have a Lowrance HDS 8 Depth finder mounted on mine. Even in the largest waves,this mount will hold the unit.

Bigger then I expected but works better then expected. You will be very happy with any Ram Mounts items. I have several and they all work great..

VERY STOUT!
Bought this arm to mount my 16"Laptop in my motorhome. My first reaction was that it was larger than I had expected. However, it fits well, is unobtrusive and VERY stout...holding the unit secure even while traveling.
Recommend? YES

VERY STURDY
Works very well holding a 19" LCD TV suspended from the ceiling of a boat. Much larger than I anticipated.
