Manufacturer Description |
The RAM-101-DL RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Multipurpose Locking Mount consists of the long arm 1.5 inch diameter ball and socket system with RAM universal round plate plate ends. This mount is designed to be a universal mounting solution for both RAM and non-RAM designed products. Each plate includes a hole pattern that matches the standard AMPS four hole pattern and a three hole 120 degree hole pattern. The hole patterns will connect to a large variety of third party cradles and mounts.
Mount End and Base Plate Design:
 The RAM-202 RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Screw Down Plate has a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5 inch diameter plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. Note: Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-202.
Mount Arm Design:The RAM-201-DL RAM Mount Locking Long Dual Socket Arm is a 1.5 inch C size Ball Socket Arm made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 7.88 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a locking tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends, aswell as locking the sockets closed with a key.
