The RAM-224-111 RAM Mount Dual Locking Suction Cup Base with integrated 1.5 inch diameter ball consists of a Marine Grade Aluminum Plate with a RAM Locking Suction Cup Base at each end. This base has a suction grip which allows you to mount this system to any non-porous surface, like a windshield, with confidence.
