GREAT ON A MOUNTAIN BIKE
Pros: built to last. perfect for a bicycle.
I've had this on my mountain bike for a couple of years now and it still looks and works like new. I like the fact that it mounts my GPS higher, which makes it easier to glance at while riding. Excellent quality. Highly recommend.

FANTASTIC MOUNT
Pros: able to change angle of gps. easy mounting.
Cons: none
This mount is very easy to install and comes with all required hardware. Very sturdy materials and holds my Etrex without a problem. Can change the angle in a snap. No vibrations on the screen and the gps didn't move at all while i was riding. All in all, a fantastic purchase and i'd recommend this to anyone who has a colour Etrex.

GOOD GPS MOUNT...
Pros: good adjustability. holds gps very well.
Cons: not quite enough isolation.
Got two of these for my brother and I. His GPS kept working while on the sand dunes, mine didn't. Hopefully it's a GPS problem. Pretty sure it's not because the mount doesn't have enough vibration isolation - although it could use a little more. Still recommend!!!

HANDLE BAR MOUNT
Pros: it works good and well made.
Cons: the etrex cradle has room for improvment
It is the best mount on the market that I have used or seen. The erex cradle it self isn't as easy to use as the one for the 60 series gps but works good. If you are not careful when putting the etrex in the cradle you could tear the protective rubber around the outside of the gps. It feels like the plastic could break when flexing the upper ears of the cradle to put the gps in or taking it out but hasn't yet.

BEST GPS MOUNTING SYSTEM AT THE BEST PRICE!!
Pros: craftsmanship. sleek and easy to use.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son so haven't seen it mounted on the ATV yet but I did check it out and I am impressed with the quality and workmanship. I have looked at a couple other types of GPS mounts for ATVs and they all seem cheap and clubby compared to the RAM mount. I did check out this same mount at a local sports store so when I found it at GPS City was very comfortable knowing that I was ordering a quality product and even with shipping from Calgary to Sudbury it was still cheaper than I've seen anywhere else. Thanks GPS City. I Actually ordered one for my own GPS as well. Can't wait to use it.

THE PERFECT MOUNT FOR MY ETREX

Used this mount for moose season, worked very well. For mounting a GPS to an ATV this is the only way to go.

GREAT FOR ELIMINATING VIBRATION
Pros: absorbs vibration

Purchased this mount for a garmin etrex legend hcx. my garmin mount allowed too much vibration on my motorcycle which caused it to shut off. this mount fixes the vibration problem also it gives many options of where to put the gps. must buy if you have an etrex and a motorcycle

Pros: stable, eaasy to mount and use
Cons: vibes are transmitted too strongly
Stable mount, easy to use but handlebar vibrations are transmitted strongly and I'm worried that they may damage the GPS over time.

MOUNT FOR VISTA CX
Pros: aluminum construction, good movement
Cons: slight con-plastic gps holder.
So far, I have not bothered with a lanyard just in case the mount should fail. It seems to be a quality mount that is trustworhty. I will know for sure during my next trip.

TOUGH GPS MOUNT
I have had other GPS mounts from this company and all have been exellent. This Mount was very sturdy on the handle bar of my 650 Outlander with very little vibration. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic product! I use it to mount my gps on a 4x4 atv. I like how flexible the adjustment is. You can position the gps exacty where you want it. The mount is very durable and holds up on the roughest of rides. It can be hard to find quality products these days, but this is a good one.
The product delivery was also very fast.

NICE MOUNTING SETUP
Pros: solid, easy to mount and use

I used this mount on a 06 Yamaha Apex snowmobile, It was easy to mount,holds the GPS unit very secure. It is easy to adjust,and removing the GPS is easy and very little vibration.

I've been using this mount on my ATV for over 2 years now and have had no problems with it. stays put on the ruff trails and I can ajust the mount for easy viewing
And the cheapest price is on this site, haven't found it anywhere else for a better price.

WORKED FLAWLESSLY
Pros: rigid, withstands vibrations, doesn't come loose
Cons: $35 is a bit pricey, but worth every penny
Just got back from a 3 day off/on road motorcycle trip. I bought this mount for my eTrex Vista. I was concerned about the jarring that the GPS might take from all the bumps and vibrations from being off road but had no problems. It even survived two crashes in the woods and never moved an inch. When I purchased the GPS it never occurred to me that I'd need to purchase a mount. So when I started shopping for them I was shocked at how expensive they were. But after reluctantly spending nearly $35 on it I see that this one is worth it. Very high quality, worked perfect for what I needed it for. Worked on my dual sport motorcycle. Will work on my bicycle. Have not tried it on my street motorcycle and that has different handlebars.

I picked this RAM Mount up for my motorcycle. I do a lot of geocaching and already had the Vista GPS. I can go where I want, pop the GPS out of the mount and go geocaching or put the unit in my pocket. Fits like a glove. RAM mount is sturdy and stays put. Bought the stainless mount because it will be out in the weather. No rust for me.

THE ONLY WAY TO MOUNT YOUR GPS TO YOUR SLED!!!
Pros: solid mount. quality components
I used this to mount my Etrex Vista C to my 2007 Arctic Cat crossfire 1000. This is THE BEST way to mount it! The ram ball mounts hold tight their position but WILL give some if you roll your sled over. All you have to do then is loosen the tightner and reposition back to where it was. No tools needed, no broken GPS unit.

AWESOME MOUNT!
This was better than expected. Ram has nailed this one perfectly. It installs easily, and maintains position on my quad without vibration or movement. Strongly recommended. Better than any Garmin mount.
