SECURE MOUNT
Pros: style, mounts securely, adjustable. Cons: none
Got this for me to use in my wife's car. Her dash is too slanted for a beanbag type mount. The suction cup sticks to the windshield very tightly yet is easy to release when needed. The adjustable arm makes positioning easy and the GPS holder fits the eTrex Legend very securely. I have used this on my boat, too. Even in really rough conditions it holds tightly with no wobbling. Plenty of room for a power cord to be used, too.

VERSATILITY AND FUNCTION ALL IN ONE GPS MOUNT
Pros: versatile, tough, functional, practical, economic Cons: none noted
Review of "RAM Mount eTrex Series Mono Locking Suction Cup Mount" It took a matter of seconds to secure this suction mount on the dash of my pontoon boat. My GPS remained secure within the mount and where I affixed it the entire day of boating/fishing. Winds were about 18 miles per hour on Candle Lake (22 miles long, 11 wide) with lots of rough water and much bouncing. The following day I removed the mount and transferred the mount and GPS to the dash of my 1947 Willys Jeep. Again, all remained where I intended for the entire day of travel even through some very rough and bouncy terrain. In point of fact I broke the passenger front leaf spring during that ride. I truly love the fact I can secure my tried, true and trusted GPS on any vehicle with a smooth dry surface. Al Briere

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Pros: solid made, good hardware and upgradeable Cons: not known
This is by far the best made mount out on the market today. postive locking option on the windshield in your choice of location, strong hardware and well designed, should have purchased two. Will be upgrading GPS soon and just need to buy a different holder which is a nice design feature vs the rest of the world having to purchase a new everything. Ran hard and put up dirty, no worries, still in the same postion i had placed it in and with young kids climbing in and around your equipment felt like they could play and bang on it all day long. Highly recommended product, wouldn't have bought anything else. Thanks , keep up the good work. Jon

EXCELLENT MOUNT
Pros: it is totally awesome and stays where you put it Cons: none that i have found.
I use this on my Yamaha VX Cruiser Waverunner and it works great! I have even had the waverunner completely upside-down and the mount was completely submerged but it stayed in place and kept the GPS mounted to the boat. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a stable ETREX mount.
