SOLID MOUNT
Pros: well made, solid construction
this cradle bolted directly to the Diamond Plate Rail Mount (no ball mounts or socket arms) made for a very low clearance well secured GPS mount that doesn't shift or move on bumpy tracks

IT DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO.
Holds the unit securely and allows access to the plugs while in the cradle.

FITS LIKE A GLOVE
Cons: bottom tang sticks out a bit much
This mount truly was molded for the Colorado, right down to the small ridge where the rubber ends and the plastic begins on the rear. There is no way that this will fall out. Unfortunately Garmin didn't put a leash ring on the Colorado so that you can secure it with a secondary cord.(can't use the biner clip in the mount) Not really needed but should the mounting arm come loose or get banged by a branch (on an ATV) there is no safety leash.

GARMIN COLORADO CRADLE RAM-HOL-GA27U
Pros: fits perfect, very solid Cons: difficult to plug in power cable (hard to see)
Cradle fits Colorado like a glove, holding it very securely. Easy to mount/dismount gps to the the cradle. Only complaint (minor) is you cant plug the power cord in ahead of time and once in the holder it is difficult to plug it in.

PERFECT FOR MY MOUNTAIN BIKE
I use this cradle with the diamond plate rail mount (RAP-274U) and It's great, I do single track mountain biking with some pretty rough terrain. The mount and gps has performed beyond my expectations. The rap-274U mount allows for a more flush mount to my handlebar, Unlike the motorcycle mount it is more protected by the bike. The mount and GPS unit stay in place on my handlebar, even when I don't!

I LIKE THE WINDOW MOUNTS.
Excellent gps holder. Window mounts keep the gps up where you don't lose the view of the road as you glance at it. The cradle does hold the Colorado tighter than necessary making it a bit difficult to remove but the suction cup takes the extra stress of removal well. This is our 3rd RAM window mount (60cs and bike).

GREAT PRODUCT
This holds my Colorado very well. I have no regrets at all. Just remember this is just for the cradle and you still need to get the hardware that connects the cradle to the vehicle

GARMIN CRADLE FOR OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLE RIDING
I have used the cradle for my colorado handheld now a few times on my Honda 450x and it works perfect. We ride very aggressive and the unit doesn't move a bit. I feel very comfortable with the cradle.

GREAT GPS MOUNT
I have the cradle for the Garmin GPSmap60c and thought I'd give the cradle for the Colorado a try as well. I am more that satisfied. The 60C will fall from the cradle if you turn your vehicle too quickly. Not so with the Colorado cradle. It clips in place and that is why I gave it a 5 = very good rating. I recommend it.

COLORADO GPS MOUNT
Pros: the fit is precise and holds the gps unit securely
I've had several GPS which I use on my ATV for both recreation and work. I spend extended period of time in the bush in British Columbia. I have to say that the cradle for the Colorado GPS is excellent. The GPS fits tightly in the cradle and holds the unit securely. Inserting and removing the GPS is a breeze. Very simple to use and very reliable.
